Foundation stone of Joy D-SET and Sheikh Kamal IT Center laid at Narail
The ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak laid the foundation stone of Joy D-SET Center and Narail Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center at Narail Sadar Upazila Parishad Complex building on Friday afternoon.
While speaking as the chief guest, he said, today I started the construction work of Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center at the cost of 76 crore taka to give employment to 1000 youth every year from this center. We want to train from here to become job creators instead of job seekers. That is why School of Future is being set up to develop my future-oriented skills.
Narail Deputy Commissioner Md. Ashfakul Haque Chowdhury presided over the foundation stone laying ceremony of the seven-storey building.
Local Member of Parliament (Narail-2) Member of Parliament Mashrafe Bin Mortuza, Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority Md Rezaul Karim, District Council Chairman Subhash Chandra Bose, Sadar Upazila Chairman Nizam Uddin Nilu and senior officials and political leaders of the local administration were present in the event.
5 successful local freelancers were honored at the event. Among them, Priyanka couple has been earning three lakh dollars.
